Screening
We conduct an initial interview with the candidate and if its align with the requirements we prepare the file & share it with the partners to proceed with the initial screening.
Contract Sign
Once the candidates get selected by the partners we receive the contract and start the legal process to bring the candidate to Germany. We tackle the immigration process.
Onboarding
Once the Candidate receives the visa we move the candidate ASAP to Germany and we handover the candidate to the partner to start the process from day 1.
Internal Cheks
Our team of Experts Follows the partner requirements and starts looking for related candidates who are ambitious towards the filed.
Risk Analysis & Final Descision
We make sure that we are finding the right candidate for our partners who are willing to stay longer and committed and motivated towards the medical field.
Planning for Onboarding
We plan all the immigration work for our candidates to make sure they receive the visa on time and land in Germany before the session starts. We handover our candidates gently & hassle-free to our partner.
